From actually using it day to day, the reporting ended up being one of the most frustrating parts. I’d pull numbers expecting them to line up with what we were seeing elsewhere, but they often didn’t, so it was hard to fully trust the data. The analytics also felt limited for what we needed. When I reached out to support, I didn’t get much clarity, which made the whole thing even more annoying

"Payment went through, but it made me wait a bit"
The payment did end up going through, but it took longer than I expected and the confirmation email was slow to show up. For a while I wasn’t sure if it had actually worked. I contacted support and they basically said something like, “It can take a few minutes to update, but your order should be fine,” which was helpful, but I still think checkout could make that clearer. Nothing awful, just a little confusing in the moment. It was fine in the end

"Fees added up quicker than expected"
We gave stayclassy a try, but the pricing started feeling steep once all the extra fees kicked in. It just added up faster than we expected, and for what we needed, it didn’t really feel worth it. Kind of a bummer, but yeah, it felt too expensive for us

I donated through StayClassy and the actual payment process was totally fine. I got my receipt by email quickly, which I appreciated. The only downside was that I started getting more follow-up emails than I expected, and figuring out how to unsubscribe wasn’t super obvious. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average.

I was hoping to make the pages feel more like our brand, but there just wasn’t much flexibility. The customization options felt basic, it was literally kind of frustrating trying to get things to look the way we wanted

The CRM sync was frustrating. Some contacts just wouldn’t show up, and when I reached out to support, they mostly sent over vague help docs that didn’t really solve anything lol.

"Fundraising tools were more frustrating than expected"
I tried using their fundraising tools, and the setup felt clunky. Once I got things going, the reports weren’t very easy to read either, which made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Support did eventually reply, but it took a while. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t smooth, and I feel like an apology for the hassle would be fair

I had a frustrating time using stayclassy.org. The pages were slow, donations would sometimes not even go through, and the dashboard would just freeze on me out of nowhere, like I’d be checking something and then, nothing, stuck again.
Support was friendly enough, so I’ll give them that, but the platform itself just didn’t feel dependable. And when people are trying to donate, the last thing you want is sitting there refreshing the page over and over, wondering if it actually worked

The onboarding felt rushed tbh. The training didn’t really help much, and when I still had questions afterward, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of actually helping me get up to speed

"Setting up one event was enough of a headache"
I tried using stayclassy.org for a single event, that one experience made me hesitant to use it again. The setup felt clunky, pages loaded slowly, and even small edits seemed to take way longer than they should. Support did reply, but the answers didn’t really move things along. Maybe other people have had better luck, but based on this one event, I wouldn’t want to rely on it when things need to run smoothly.
